• IN MAINTENANCE: Member reported that the head falls off after it stops spinning. (But this doesn't happen when the machine is NOT being operated.)
• 10/2/24 - tool to Xavier in Mbah.
• we took head off, put it back on and ensured when tightening the head on that the holding pin went through the black plastic head and then into the hole of the internal metal  Ring. Possibly this was not in alignment so the head didn't tighten properly before. 
  
• Fault want found so just tested it and and it passed so returning to inventory.
